Give your time
Volunteer with us
Our volunteers give something money cannot: time, presence, and skill. Whether you can help remotely for a weekend or commit to visiting an elder each week, there is a role for you — with the training and supervision each role needs. Choose a tier below and tell us how you would like to help.
Three ways to help
Tier 1 — Event & Remote
Give time from anywhere, or at events — no ongoing one-on-one contact.
- One-off event support
- Digital, content & marketing help
- Remote strategy / ops projects (great for MBA students)
- Admin support
Tier 2 — On-Ground Support (Supervised)
Hands-on service, always with a staff or partner supervisor present.
- Community-kitchen service support (under partner-kitchen supervision)
- On-ground help at RWA events
- Logistics and set-up at Foundation activities
Tier 3 — Direct Companion Roles
Police-verifiedOne-on-one or unsupervised contact. These roles require police verification and do not start until it clears — a safety commitment we hold without exception.
- Elder companion visits
- One-on-one mentoring
Our safety commitment: Direct Companion (Tier 3) roles — anything one-on-one or unsupervised — require police verification. These roles do not start until that verification clears. No exceptions.

Tell us a little about you. We do not collect any ID or verification documents here — if your role needs them, we will request them securely after an initial review.
