Nischint Sewa Foundation is an independent Section 8 non-profit. It uses the NISCHINT technology platform under licence from Skybyte Venture Pvt Ltd (NISCHINT). The Foundation and Skybyte Venture are separate legal entities; the Foundation is powered by NISCHINT technology under licence.

Nischint Sewa Foundation is the data fiduciary for information collected through this website. Any questions about this policy can be sent to contact@nischintsewa.org.

Currently, we only collect what you choose to send us through our enquiry forms:

• Contact and Partner enquiries: your name, email address, organisation (if provided), and your message.
• Community-kitchen partner interest: the same enquiry fields, submitted from the Hunger Relief page.

Donations are not being collected yet. Once our 80G registration is granted and donations go live, we will collect donor details required for a valid 80G receipt — including name, address, email, and PAN. Until then, no PAN or financial information is collected anywhere on this site.

We do not use advertising or persistent tracking cookies. For a single page load we may read your referral source (referrer / UTM parameter) only to order the calls-to-action on the home page — this is not stored and does not identify you.

Enquiry submissions are stored in the Foundation's own MongoDB database and are used solely to respond to you and to coordinate the programs you have contacted us about. New enquiries also trigger a notification email to the Foundation's monitored inbox so we can respond promptly.

We retain enquiry data only as long as needed to act on your request and to keep basic records of our correspondence.

Nischint Sewa Foundation is a separate legal entity from Skybyte Venture Pvt Ltd (NISCHINT). Information you provide to the Foundation through this website is kept separate from any NISCHINT commercial or app data. Donor and enquiry data collected here is not merged with, or used for, the for-profit product's purposes.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal data you have shared with us, and you may withdraw consent for us to hold it. To exercise any of these rights, email contact@nischintsewa.org and we will respond within a reasonable period.

In line with India's DPDP requirements, a Grievance Officer for the Foundation is to be appointed. Until that appointment is finalised, please direct any data-protection grievance to contact@nischintsewa.org, and it will be routed appropriately.

The content on this website is provided for information about the Foundation's mission and programs. Program statuses, impact figures, and legal/registration status are shown as they stand and may change as our work and registrations progress.

Nothing on this site should be read as a claim of tax-deductible status: our 12A and 80G applications are in progress, and we make no tax-benefit representation until the 80G certificate is actually issued.

We may update this policy and these terms as the Foundation's registrations and activities evolve; the "last updated" date above reflects the current version.
