The problem we exist for
Across India, elders live alone and isolated, far from timely help. Families skip meals. Survivors and vulnerable children fall through gaps between overstretched services. These are not technology problems alone — they are human ones, and they need funded, coordinated, on-the-ground action.
Why a non-profit alongside a product
NISCHINT is a consumer safety-and-care technology product built by Skybyte Venture Pvt Ltd. Some of the people who need help most cannot be reached through a paid consumer product alone. Nischint Sewa Foundation exists to close that gap — a charitable arm that can fund free meals, coordinate elder-safety pilots, and work with partners on survivor and child welfare.
The licensing relationship, in plain language
Nischint Sewa Foundation is an independent Section 8 non-profit. It uses the NISCHINT technology platform under licence from Skybyte Venture Pvt Ltd (NISCHINT). The Foundation and Skybyte Venture are separate legal entities; the Foundation is powered by NISCHINT technology under licence.
In short: the Foundation is powered by NISCHINT technology under licence, but it is its own legal entity. Donations to the Foundation fund the Foundation’s charitable work — they are not revenue for the for-profit company.
