NISCHINT.care and Nischint Sewa Foundation: how the two relate

People sometimes ask whether Nischint Sewa Foundation and the NISCHINT app are the same thing. They are not, and the distinction is intentional.

NISCHINT is a consumer technology product built by Skybyte Venture Pvt Ltd — a for-profit company. Nischint Sewa Foundation is an independent Section 8 non-profit. The Foundation uses NISCHINT technology under licence, which is how a small non-profit gets access to capable safety and care technology without building it from scratch.

But they are separate legal entities, with separate governance and separate finances. Donations to the Foundation fund the Foundation’s charitable programs — they are not revenue for the for-profit company. We state this relationship plainly on every relevant page because entity separation is a legal requirement, not a stylistic choice.
